Inner Axis is about looking the complexities beneath the surface, the roles, expectations, and experiences that have shaped who we are to discover what still feels true, what no longer fits, and who we are becoming.
What brings you here
Perhaps something in your life no longer feels right. You find yourself repeating familiar patterns, navigating difficult relationships, or questioning decisions and expectations you once accepted. You may not have all the answers yet, but you know something needs attention.
How I can help
Areas of focus
Inner Axis is a place for the moments that ask something of us, from difficult decisions and recurring struggles to changing relationships and finding a new way forward.
01 · Anxiety & Overthinking
Your mind keeps trying to solve something that can't be solved by thinking about it one more time. You replay conversations, anticipate what could go wrong, or search for certainty until it becomes difficult to feel present in your own life.

02 · ADHD & Emotional Regulation
Knowing what to do doesn't always make doing it easier. You may struggle to start, follow through, stay organized, or manage intense emotions and find yourself caught between frustration and self-criticism.

03 · Relationships & Boundaries
You know what you want to say. Saying it feels like another matter. You may avoid conflict, accommodate others, or shut down when things get difficult, even when you know something needs to change.

04 · Grief & Loss
Sometimes, both people want things to change, but the same cycle keeps repeating. Recurring conflict, emotional distance, differences in needs, or ruptures in trust can leave couples feeling disconnected. Therapy offers space to understand the dynamics between you and find new ways to relate.

05 · Couples & Relationship Challenges
Sometimes the hardest part isn't deciding what happened. It's figuring out how to live with what happened. Death, separation, betrayal, estrangement, and changing family roles can reshape your relationships, sense of self, and expectations for the future.

06 · Life Transitions & Identity
The life you've built may no longer fit the person you're becoming. Career changes, marriage, parenthood, or other turning points can leave you questioning what matters, navigating competing expectations, and figuring out what feels right for you.

Andressa Little,
Licensed Master Social Worker, LMSW
I work with teens, adults, and couples navigating emotional struggles, relationship difficulties, and life transitions. My approach is relational and depth-oriented, grounded in the belief that understanding how our experiences shape us can open the way to meaningful change.
Drawing on clinical experience in inpatient psychiatry, community mental health, and private practice, I integrate attachment-informed, trauma-informed, and evidence-based approaches to help clients understand themselves, change familiar ways of responding, and build more intentional relationships with themselves and others.

How to Begin
A different way forward
Our work is intentional and guided by what matters to you. We’ll identify what needs to change, pay attention to what’s helping, and adjust our approach as we go. Progress isn’t about following a preset timeline; it’s about finding what genuinely moves you forward.
01. Request a free consultation
Share a few details, and I’ll reach out to schedule a free 15-minute conversation. We can discuss what brings you to therapy, what you’re looking for, and whether working together feels like a good fit.
02. Understand what brings you here
Our first sessions give us space to explore what’s been difficult, what you’ve tried, and what you hope will change. Together, we’ll develop a clearer sense of what you need from therapy and where to begin.
03. Turn insight into change
We’ll work toward changes that extend beyond our sessions, exploring new ways to respond to challenges, navigate relationships, and make choices that reflect what matters to you.
A place to be understood, challenged, and changed.

You don't need to arrive with a clear explanation or a specific goal. Maybe something isn't working the way it used to, or you keep finding yourself in situations you thought you'd moved past. We can start with what's happening now and work toward understanding what you need.

You don't have to be in crisis or have a diagnosis to benefit from therapy. You might be struggling with anxiety, navigating a transition, questioning familiar ways of coping, or finding that something in your life no longer feels right. Therapy offers space to explore these experiences and consider what you want to change.

I am currently an out-of-network provider and do not bill insurance directly. I can provide a superbill upon request, which you may submit to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Coverage varies by plan, so I recommend checking with your insurer.
Start here
You can start right where you are.
You don't need a clear plan or the right words. We can begin with a conversation about what's bringing you here, what you'd like to be different, and whether working together feels like a good fit.
